Daily Duties at Aries Technology, Inc. / Cisco Entrepreneur Institute:
-Serves as visionary program designer for virtual training of Cisco Entrepreneur Institute content, including student, facilitator and program manager training, peer coaching and mentoring models, and blended distance learning. -Designs and delivers a train the trainer model to virtual facilitators in 30+ countries, including design of prototype for worldwide instructor support model based on current educational research. -Uses Information and Learning Technology (ILT) including audio, video, interactive activities and assessments, podcasts, webinars, and Web 2.0 tools -Ensures that all training sessions are delivered in a professional manner to Cisco Systems, Inc. customers by establishing standards, monitoring sessions, and collecting feedback -Analyzes and contribute to the development of a global virtual learning environment, featuring Moodle for a content repository and online learning community, WebEx Training Center for synchronous learning, Facebook , Linked In and Twitter for Social Networking -Serves as lead presenter of virtual professional development, using Moodle and WebEx Training Center for Entrepreneur Institutes in 30+ countries. -Designs virtual training model for Cisco Virtual Theatre, a program for Cisco Sales employees in 160 countries -Works with Cisco Systems, Inc. business units and acts as liaison with partner enablement programs to facilitate understanding and best uses of web conferencing tools, such as WebEx Meeting Center, WebEx Training Center and WebEx Event Center.
