Daily Duties at Springfield College:
Facilitate adult learning, nontraditional teaching. Serve as part-time faculty, provide classroom instruction, lectures. In accordance with Springfield College policies and procedures executed my duties and responsibilities. Inform students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and class participation and attendance requirement according to the course syllabus. Lecture and communicate effectively with students from diverse academic, socioeconomic and cultural background. Instruct students in Cross Cultural Prospective and Advance Level College Skill.
