Daily Duties at Banco Popular De Puerto Rico:

I worked with different subsets of our customer-product databases, in addition to working with incoming databases from the different credit bureaus. I developed and produced ad hoc reports for all areas of the bank, and provided raw data and interpreted analysis results, to aid in all the banks business efforts; including, but not limited to, customized mass marketing campaigns, individual branch initiatives, and enhanced customer services. In addition to standard reports, through data mining I was able to provide important insight into our client base and untapped potential client niches, thus guiding marketing efforts, such as cross-selling and increasing private and business clients. This information also led the strategic planning decision-making processes at many different levels in the Bank. I interacted with all departments and levels within the organization successfully.
