Daily Duties at Norstan Telecommunications:
Scheduling technicians to install, add and upgrade phone systems and the coordination of cutovers and training of the newly installed systems. Follow up with the customer to make sure the installations and training ran smooth and to trouble shoot any concerns the customer may have.
