Daily Duties at Dyncorp International Civpol:

Maintain full accountability for handling all aspects of day-to-day quality assurance activities in support of organizational goals and objectives. Apply strategic planning, prioritization, and project management skills toward consistently achieving critical deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Demonstrate sharp business acumen in providing detailed and quality oversight concentrating in the vehicle maintenance under direction of the Civilian Police Program (CIVPOL) Quality Manager, Director of quality and the CIVPOL program management. Successfully provide quality support for vehicle maintenance throughout theater of operation and other departments as necessary. Support all facets of program’s vehicle maintenance management by integrating, updating, and tracking processes and procedures. Directly oversee all aspects of program’s maintenance shop while ensuring critical compliance with CIVPOL quality manual. Integrate key International Organization for standardization (ISO) 9000:2000 standard’s manual, and DynCorp International policies and procedures. Effectively design and implement key cost-saving initiatives within the program vehicle maintenance departments. Track all facets of performance in coordination with managers, supervisors, and employees with the goal of continual improvement. Support contract base closures throughout Iraq, while monitoring the logistical movement of the phases of personnel and property assets locations. Provide detailed and comprehensive OCONUS quality oversight of logistical operations, with a focus on executing internal audits in the logistical arena to ensure property controllability, accountability, and preservation. Proficiently manage QC/Safety Inspections for implementation of action plans and process improvements.
