Daily Duties at Chicago Music Library:

• Promoted from an intern to Production Manager to Vice President of Operations in a 3 year time period. • Developed and implemented audio conversion and embedding applications process. • Directed support staff and interns on day-to-day operations. • Developed and implemented sales strategies and operational methods to drive company growth into profitability. • Managed small to medium sized projects for film, TV, video, and web from conception to completion. o Project management – Created and managed Work Breakdown Structures, keeping the workflow organized, assuring quality of work, projects were completed on time and on budget, and communication with clients was thorough. • Formed partnerships and consulted with many top music supervisors on the placement of musical tracks in productions. • Considered a valued business partner to many industry professionals in both production and post-production. • Responsible for hiring and training employees. • Consulted management team on building business strategies and leveraging new technologies. • Responsible for contract management including but not limited to, issuing and signing sync licenses and cue sheets.
