Senior Project Manager, This A&E firm had regional presence annual volume in excess of $25 million during peak periods. Project Manager also performed Contract Administration role when necessary on projects; accountable for all budgets, schedules and deliverables on these projects under my control. Directed staff on completion of assignments through design and documentation phases; also bidding and contract administration phases. Primary client contact attended public building committee meetings, performed design presentations reported on progress of construction. Monitored preparation of construction estimates for school projects. Reviewed and approved monthly requisitions and change orders from construction firms. Complete responsibility for all financial matters with client monthly billings and collection of receivables. Participated in quarterly meetings to evaluate and improve performance of firm and output of staff.
