Leading team meetings with professional consultants and CM, set agenda, resolved critical issues. Actively involved with construction cost consultants on preparation of estimates, monitored reports and requested updates. Responsible to negotiate additional scope changes in a contract with all vendors on projects. Actively involved with the bidding & award phases of projects; achieved favorable results on bids being consistently under budget. Directed assigned staff towards completion of their tasks; monitored work product for completeness and meeting delivery dates.
