Managed all aspects of hotel operations for newly opened 200-room property with full service restaurant, bar, conference room, pool bar, gym, indoor heated pool, three outdoor pools, theme nights, nightly entertainment and a kidÃs club. Supervised staff of about 80. Also interviewed and selected entertainment for six hotels.
