Daily Duties at Tcf Bank:
Supervised a team of eight employees; educated each team member on new projects, work flow changes and various daily assignments. Interviewed potential candidates for Loan Operation positions. Resolved personnel issues including work performance and team relations. Analyzed and resolved discrepancies with all home equity accounts, mortgage and simple interest loans. Provided exceptional customer service to all lenders and customers which increased my professional relationships within many departments of TCF. Trained, monitored and encouraged new employees.
