Daily Duties at Tcf Bank:

•Provide essential information to an average of 100 new employees monthly for Minnesota, South Dakota, TCFEF and Winthrop, including offer letters, new hire forms, training and Lawson information, all within the assigned deadlines. •Promptly arrange temporary staffing for short handed departments by working directly with employment agencies. •Utilize Taleo by accurately posting all open positions internally and externally while ensuring job descriptions and minimum salaries are updated and approved accordingly. Experience with Taleo and Kenexa databases. •Represent TCF by attending job fairs, reviewing resumes and phone screening when help is needed within our Staffing department. •Manage monthly reports which directly affect TCF's ability to qualify for tax credits. •Manage TCF's Referral Program for Colorado, Arizona and Minnesota which pays out $6K-$13K monthly. •Ensure each new employee has provided the required personnel paperwork and valid identification along with verifying their ability to legally work using E-Verify. •Collaborated with HR as a whole to implement Taleo by identifying data requirements and structure for the staffing department.
