Daily Duties at Old World Builders & Traders Inc.:
Worked with clients to finalize the interior finishes and fittings on custom-built homes; executed the finishing of the interiors from drywall installation to punch list. Coordinated schedules with the subcontractors, including tracking on Microsoft Project. Pre-Order materials through suppliers saving money in material cost rises as well as time in the schedule making sure the sub contractors were prepared. Maintained quality control in the field during the finishing stages of homes; minimizing punch list and therefore saving warranty money. Reviewed all proposals and purchase orders, and approved invoices for payment. Created respective budget plans for new houses.
