Worked at several high volume or traffic locations, with different Store Managers within the district, always as strong support for team building and staff training. Participated in sales forecasting, in charge of managing schedules, Human Resources related situations as well as the day to day team’s performance, with very specific atention to store’s and particular individuals sales metrics. Daily sales numbers monitoring and coaching on a 1:1 basis with every team member to help them with performance improvement. Individual disciplinary actions and attendance monitoring. Close involvement with sales processes and customer service interactions on the sales floor, as well as over the phone to ensure that the customer is receiving the best kind of service, as well to make sure that the team is not leaving any opportunity on the table.
