Daily Duties at 40th District Court:

• Managed administrative functions of the court including interviewing, hiring, training, termination, managing court personnel and union negotiations • Drafted Administrative policies and procedures • Drafted an annual budget to present to City Council for approval and ensured compliance on a weekly basis • Implemented a Court Collection Plan to analyze the court’s collection of court costs and fines; assisted in creating a computer software program to track outstanding account receivables • Provided leadership to staff to develop a plan to address increased caseloads and unfunded mandates by cross-training employees • Responsible for updating technology, which included installing and operating and maintaining and IBM AS400 Mainframe
