Daily Duties at Hri:

Drove the development of all custom web and desktop-based applications for this 100-unit restaurant chain with the primary objective of seizing opportunities and increasing profits. These enterprise solutions are used by corporate office and thousands of field personnel at Houlihan’s, Chequer’s Seafood, Bristol, Braxton, Devon and J.Gilbert’s restaurants nationwide. Primarily a Windows shop, the majority of software was developed for a .NET / SQL Server 2008 environment. Worked closely with each company department to establish project requirements and to communicate status. Hired both full-time employees and consultants, conducted annual performance reviews, and determined, appropriate pay increases.
