Sales and Marketing Programs, performed Needs Analysis, and prepared Client’s requirement document summary, reviewed with System Developer/ programmer to determine time and costs and proposal with recommended specific custom features. Once Client agreed prepared project / process management Visio for installation and delivery process. After Installation performed system testing for 2 months, made necessary system adjustments and trained users and management for system use.
