Daily Duties at Darden Restaurants:

As a Kitchen manager my responsibilities were to do the truck order, inventory control, and make sure the food was properly done. I was also working on line where I worked the presentation window or the sauté line or the ovens and grills. I was in charge of the servers with their side work and garnishs for plate presentation. I was in charge of cleanliness in the kitchen
