Daily Duties at River Garden Hebrew Home:
Provide care to residents in long term care setting. Provide care to patients in Rehab/ Sub-Acute setting. Assess patients status and implement interventions utilizing the nursing process. Work with physicians to facilitate quality patient care. Safely administer medications and treatments to 20-35 patients as prescribed. Supervise team of 5-6 Certified Nursing Assistants.
