Daily Duties at Hitco Carbon Composites, Inc.:
Qualified and introduced new raw materials for existing production processes. Drafted part specifications, work order production - and laboratory instructions. Collected, maintained and analyzed SPC data, prepared charts and presentations for group discussions. Chaired Kaizen events and coordinated, executed and tracked process improvement team projects. Defined, coordinated and participated in Green Belt projects. Responsible for project cost estimations. Responsible for implementation of preventive and corrective actions. Developed strong vendor- and customer technical contacts. Supported Production facility, Quality department, laboratory and Program Management.
