•Worked with managers and artist’s representatives of diverse cultural backgrounds as the primary contact for Client Services. •Acted as “road manager” for a recognized flamenco dance company ensuring all organizational aspects of the tour were in order. •Supplied administrative support including word processing documents, managed work flow, made travel arrangements, order supplies, and answered phones. •Assisted in development of promotional material and represented company at numerous press conferences.
