Daily Duties at Berlitz International:
-Responsible for recruiting, training and leading the instructional staff to ensure delivery of high quality programs. -Conducted live-product training at corporate functions and virtual training for newly hired Instructional Supervisors and Managers of Instruction. -Assure the quality of student relations by advising and managing student expectations, coordinating housing for international students, as well as creating social and cultural activities with the aim of achieving student satisfaction. -Responsible for all international students as the designated school official (DSO) and maintaining records current on SEVIS. -Motivate students to achieve learning goals through regular counseling and feedback sessions. -Customize and create curriculum to meet student needs and guarantee course satisfaction. -Administer new hire paperwork in an efficient and timely manner, as well as assist with payroll.
