Manage day to day call center team of up to 27 representatives. Monitor calls to provide coaching to team members, ensuring compliance with department standards. Administering performance improvement plans as indicated for low performing staff members. Mentor and develop team members to assume leadership roles within call center or ancillary departments within the company. Maintained team member files and provided input to determine annual salary increases and bonuses. Assisted in staff scheduling to ensure adequate phone coverage throughout the day. Special projects as assigned.
