Daily Duties at Aetna/Ccsi Consulting:
Analyze and create system reports for new system platform to process overpayment refunds. Manually distribute system reports relevant to backlogged work inventory, while new platform brought online. Daily consultations with Senior Project Manager and IT staff to identify gaps in data capture. Establish baseline for system reports to track daily staff production. Coordinate and distribute inventory work items to outsource vendors.
