1. Case Mangement:Responsible for training and managing; three employees (two Discharge Planners, and one Case Manager, two of which were nurses). Performance included Care Facilitation, Utilization Review and Outcomes Management. 2. Process Improvement: Process Improvement responsibilities included monitoring and evaluation of high-risk, problem prone areas of patient care. Involved leadership in teamwork where process improvement opportunities were identified. Process Improvement initiatives involved much nursing staff education, and organizational skills. 3. Patient Education Coordinator-outpatient and inpatient education. 4. House Supervisor: Responsibilities included, but not limited to: scheduling staff, supervising nursing employees, managing clinical oversight, securing late order meds from pharmacy after pharmacy hours, leading resuscitation team in the Emergency Department.
