Daily Duties at Interim Healthcare:
Director of Health Care Services supervising approximately 200 employees covering Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Volusia counties. Duties include federal, state, local and administrative regulatory compliance; directing personnel and operations; overseeing Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Human Resources and educational aspects of the business; responsible to maintain daily operations in profitable manner while meeting or exceeding quality care standards. Work directly with Case Managers, Insurance Companies, Trust Officers, physicians and attorneys to anticipate, coordinate and evaluate patient care services.
