Work with Feasibility Studies to determine performance, process and quality improvement, workflow and savings opportunities. Develop measurement tools and graphs to identify diverse needs for various healthcare departments. Guide workgroups and chief administrative personnel within the facility to meet or exceed targeted management expectations and implement change in practices to improve healthcare facility work process and financial stability.
