Daily Duties at Open English :
•Responsible for the developing written content for a teacher portal designed to streamline work flow for the Live Instruction department. •Developed recruitment strategy to attract qualified ESL teachers and more than doubled the aplications in the first month. •Plan, coordinate and implement all instructor trainings, including online group training sessions, to meet the changing needs of the company.
