Directly responsible for the oversight, curriculum development, scheduling, delivery and performance measurement of all SharePoint training for the Combined Arms Center (CAC) with full accountability for the supervision and mentoring of a staff of three. Maintained continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis conducted through surveys, direct observation, and structured interviews.
