Performed co-monitoring and independent visits to assess sites' compliance with protocol, federal regulations, and Good Clinical Practice. Assisted with preparation and review of case report forms. Reviewed clinical documents for various therapeutic areas and provided feedback. Reviewed monitoring trip reports to ensure any discrepancies reported were properly documented, action taken, and follow-up took place. Performed requests for patient drug unblinding's due to either a Serious Adverse Event or Adverse Event and provided information to Drug Safety personnel. Presented at Investigator Meetings on performing quality review of Case Report Forms. Assisted colleagues with conducting needs to present relevant topics in Lunch-N-Learn seminars.
