Utilized project management skills to assist in the design, developement, and implementation of a new database application,Partner Xchange, designed for clinical data and documentation exchange; served as the primary US contact person. Assisted with the development of the R&D document management system (i.e., requirements, implement standards, perform testing), which combined systems in the US and Europe into one global repository. Designed comprehensive training plans for new programs-Partners Xchange Operations; including, training agenda, presentations, supporting materials, and quizzes. Reviewed clinical deliverables (i.e., investigator brochures, protocols, protocol amendments, case report forms, informed consent forms) and provided feedback to project team. Performed and completed SOP Gap Analysis. Performed administrative functions to obtain review and approval for clinical documents by the appropriate board and/or committee. Assisted Regulatory Affairs in reviewing clinical documents for accuracy prior to either submission to FDA for drug approval or filing for New Drug Application (NDA.)
