Operations Management: Oversaw operations of day-to-day activities of store with $10.5 Million annual sales. Managed full budget responsibility, sales, inventory control, administration and compliance to company policies/procedures. Gained insight on managing multiple facets (including project management) and multi-tasking projects. Employee Supervision, Training and Development: Managed team of 40-45 employees including scheduling, performance monitoring, training and leadership development. Led full recruitment efforts from attracting qualified candidates, selection, hiring and training of all new employees to start up store.
