Daily Duties at Family Health Council Of Central Pa., Inc.:

• Provide technical assistance and consultation to staff, President & CEO, Board of Directors, and other designated customers • Initiate the development of new programs, policies, and/or systems including research, planning, design, and evaluation • Maintain appropriate statistical, fiscal and other information as needed to provide for planning, evaluation, and analysis of designated programs, policies, and systems • Maintain and improve the quality of services provided by anticipating the needs and expectations of the customer and establish process for measuring customer satisfaction • Manage multiple customers, including internal staff, subcontracting agencies and board members • Develop Proposals to local foundations, health agencies, state agencies and federal programs for funding of youth and parent initiatives • Manage projects to develop RFP, facilitate allocation panels and funding proposal development • Facilitate Strategic Planning, After Action Reviews, Team Building Exercises and Focus Groups for internal and external organizations • Serve as project manager and team leader for numerous infrastructure building and organizational improvement projects • Represent FHCCP in designated local, regional, and national organizations/committees • Actively participate in opportunities to improve and enhance the work of FHCCP
