Business Analyst for $2.9 million on-time, within budget, enterprise-wide software (ERP) solution for 6,000 call center agents, projected to save the company $4.1 million in staffing costs and improve operational efficiencies. Subject Matter Expert for Centerbridge, the new software implementation, who was responsible for leading and facilitating training sessions for the new software. Lead Test Phase, created the Test Requirements Document, and assumed end-to-end relationship management with the test analysts executing the test cases. Demonstrable experience in the following call center technologies- telephony - including general infrastructure design, PBX, ACD, IVR, CTI, Quality Monitoring, and WFM Integration.
