Utilized perceptive analytical skills to provide Certyfying Officer with sound recommendations by evaluating skills of foreign workers, in comparison with stated job requirements in situations where qualifications were difficult to establish, and conducted research and analysis into industry employment standards in order to assist in application determinations.
