Oversaw all aspects of busy manufacturing facility, including management of Floor Supervisors, and acted as liaison with main office to confirm orders and ensure their timely delivery. Trained employees, created production schedules, and controlled outbound shipments while introducing process improvements and maintaining quality control standards. Purchased materials needed for plant production processes and developed accurate inventory system to track all extra stock. Tabulated employee payroll, keeping all shifts within budget while maintaining the highest levels of employee productivity.
