Daily Duties at Greif Packaging:

Managed daily operations for complete production shift of 50+ employees, with an eye toward improving production processes and eliminating waste. Planned worker roster, assigning employees to floor positions based on projected orders and delivery schedules. Oversaw production quality, confirming customer orders were correctly filled, shipments were safely loaded, and orders were delivered to customers on schedule. Developed employee payroll documents, trained and mentored employees, and reported any problems encountered during shift.
