Daily Duties at Minco Technology Labs, Inc.:

Hired to improve and oversee operations at two facilities, Austin, Texas and Lynnville, Tennessee. Responsibilities included management of New Product Engineering, Die Processing, Device Assembly, Production Test, Environmental Lab, Material Control, and Maintenance Departments. Managed all facility requirements, including building and equipment maintenance for both company locations. Worked with other senior managers and directly at the department level to streamline, update, and automate existing processes. Headed several technical research/procurement teams tasked with bringing cost effective automation equipment into the company. Provided technical advice and assistance to the Sales Department during both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
