Daily Duties at Ford Motor Company:
Responsible for and measured on dealer Internet sales close ratio and customer satisfaction. Held accountable for the successful launch of new dealer Internet departments based on dealer close ratio, profit and customer satisfaction. Create and deliver eBusiness plans for retailer web sites and regional sites to meet traffic and lead generation objectives. Develop online marketing plans to drive site traffic. Led and direct internal departments, retailers, field personnel and support agencies to ensure best practices and processes to improve close rate and customer satisfaction performance. Create and deliver executive management and retailer presentations to review campaign performance and forecast improvement. Manage all projects related to lead generation and management while working with internal departments and dedicated resources. Manage all aspects of retailer support including response to retailer inquiries, lead management training, technical assistance and retailer feedback for improvements.
