With an annual budget of $5 million this position was responsible for increasing the web site traffic for JaguarUSA.com, regional sites, dealer sites and close rate performance. Conduct market research and market positioning to create and deliver B2B/B2C messaging. Define customer segmentation, conduct competitive analysis and launch innovative mobile and social media solutions. Scope includes driving the business strategy for opportunities with new and existing customers and launching new digital products for existing consumers and prospects. Managed and directed five 3rd party agencies to support Jaguar's advertising, media buying - SEO/SEM, digital marketing, dealer network and performance measurement efforts. Develop and maintain the infrastructure for corporate and dealer digital performance measurement and reporting. Develop and deliver performance improvement training programs for field personnel and retailers.
