Originally hired to aid in the establishment of a new product packaging, distribution, and technical support model for North America, then promoted to General Manager for North American operations. Responsibilities included day-to-day operational management of inventory control, logistics / distribution, quality assurance, human resources, facility requirements, technical marketing, computer infrastructure, and customer technical support. Provided technical advice and assistance to the Swissbit Account Managers and customers during both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Served as technical and logistics liaison to Swissbit’s facilities in Switzerland and Germany.
