Daily Duties at Us Air Force:
Supported executive-level managers and staff while coordinating HR operations and career development processes in busy deadline-driven environment. Managed multi-line phone system and provided customer service to external customers as well as staff across various departments and executives in field-based locations. Arranged travel and lodging and prepared executive itineraries. Reported staff changes, managed personnel records and tracked and filed all departmental records. Trained unit staff in documentation privacy procedures. Researched inquiries, drafted and edited managerial reports, as well as drafted letters, prepared staff awards and compiled personnel evaluations. Managed classified communication materials distribution.
