Daily Duties at Western Dental Services, Inc:

Over see daily operations of region dental clinics in the Inland Empire with direct supervision of about 200 employees. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to hiring, firing, training staff, mentoring and coaching direct reports, process improvement through observation and working with clinic staff, recruiting, HR issue resolvement, full P&L responsibilites, patient experience and SOP compliance.
