Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente:

As project manager, one of my projects was to develop front-end policies for the revenue cycle. Liason and SME for CCS, developed workflows and procedures, evaluated financial reports, root causes and identified best practices. Developed comprehensive desktop procedures for Epic (ADT) which required learning ADT and then incorporating business functionality with Epic. Researched various government programs, e.g., Medicare, Medi-Cal, etc.,interpreted regulations and guided implementation.
