Daily Duties at Caterpillar:

Defined, developed and executed electronic controls strategy for components and integrated solutions for petroleum, electric power, industrial, and marine marketing segments, by working closely with customers, and cross functional engineering teams. Created marketing requirements documents (MRD), business cases and analyzed return on investment around multi generational product portfolio. Accountable for financials including pricing, budgets and cost reduction exercises on legacy and new products. Analyzed positioning of control solutions against competitive offerings based on market research and executed market capture strategies. Summarized complex customer requirements effectively and owned customer relationship including status updates, training, and issue resolution. Represented and educated customers via technical presentations and product demonstrations at trade shows.
