Assigned and managed resources acorss projects based upon established written project schedules. Provided estimated project hours to management team for inclusion in cost proposal. Reported estimated versus actual jours for projects to Senior Management. Provided resource allocation for new projects as needed. Management and oversight of data entry timelines against study timelines. Managed and motivated work teams through mentoring, coaching, and counseling personnel.
