Developed and implemented training activities (i.e., web-based, face-to-face, and one-on-one) to 100+ global colleagues by applying Adult Learning theory and principles. Researched and organized clinical programs resulting in growth and development of company, department, and staff. Acted as Subject Matter Expert for SOP-related training sessions. Collaborated with internal Subject Matter Experts (SME) to discuss and collect information in preparation for developing training programs. Developed, implemented, and tracked training timelines and provided timely feedback to the team and management. Created, developed and implemented a Global Clinical Development Training Manual; maintained revisions and updates. Created the Global Training Newsletter to provide communications with global colleagues; created and distributed each quarter. Assisted Quality Assurance team with prepartion of routine FDA Audits and Inspections. Knowledge of cGxPs.(current Good where X means Clinical or Laboratory or Manufacturing Practice) Collaboratated with Subject Matter Experts to determine training needs assessments and collect information in preparation for developing training program(s). Developed and tracked metrics to optimize performance, effectiveness, and compliance. Developed and implemented electronic training evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of the training presented. Collaborated with global training counterparts in semi-weekly strategy teleconferences to ensure company and customer's training requirements were being met. Designed comprehensive training plans-Clinical Development Clinical Deliverables; including, training agenda, presentations, supporting materials and quizzes.
