Daily Duties at Ratheon Communications Products:
Design Engineer for various Bipolar BiCMOS and CMOS I.C. chips: D/A Converter with 130 dB dynamic range, which received Outstanding Performance Award for this work. 1 GHz Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS/DAC). Developed Modular Differential Standard Cell with ECL/PECL for BiCMOS process. Designed Low power monolithic 10-bit A/D Converter. Designed Analog front end for Digital Radio. Deliverable Test Procedure for Mux and Demux for ICO Satellite Program Designed EPLRS CMOS 2-bit A/D Converter on I and Q receiver. Used HSPICE with Cadence Analog Artist for BiCMOS and Bipolar processing, ADC tools for schematic capture and Quickic 8 for layout on MAXIM process. Perform mixed mode design and simulation using Sun and HP workstations, Mentor’s Quicksim and NETED and MathCAD for system design tradeoffs.
