Advanced to a director-level position with responsibility for managing the In-house Marketing Team, which consisted of 21 sales and marketing professionals. Devised and executed business marketing strategies in the Corporate Book Fair Division to support independent field representatives. Introduced new methodology to generate lead development and acquire new accounts, in addition to maintaining the current account base of 15,000 customers. Concentrated business development initiatives on attaining new customers, as well as maintaining existing customers. Formulated a plan to secure relationships with national accounts. Collaborated with various departments to establish goals, monitored weekly performance to ensure that goals were on target, and ensured goals were achieved at the end of each period.
