Responsible for sales and marketing management for this building supply company doing over $16 million dollars in sales of millwork, cabinet, custom closet, stock millwork, stair parts, custom milling, exterior doors and interior doors. Also managed the Minneapolis lumber yard, Commercial Sales team and our Installed Services division. Supervised over 50 union and non-union employees ranging from operations manager, sales staff, administration, production, warehouse, drivers and dispatch. Responsible for designing and roll out of strategic marketing plans and sales training. Developed live and web-based sales training for results-based outcomes.
