Daily Duties at Ibm:

Oversaw manufacturing site serviceability for world-wide computer manufacturer. Collected, analyzed and reported on root cause data related to lated customer deliverables. Developed production schedules, supply plans, and recovery plans. Performed project management activities for large, highly-visible OEM customer accounts which included tracking deliverables, communications across departments, problem analysis and resolution.
